Sales conditions:
· If you want to exchange a model or size or return a product, please first of all contact us by email at info@kamikaze.com. We'll then explain you how to do it. The returned article must be in perfect conditions. Karate uniforms and all kind of clothes may not be used or washed if the customer wants to return them. The customer has to pay the shipping costs for the return of the articles to Kamikaze SL. The customer has the right to return the articles bought and ask for a refund within 14 days after reception of the articles.
· DVDs can be returned only due to technical defects.
· Orders for personalized articles upon request like articles embroidered with your name or with other personalizations may not be changed passed 14 days after reception of your original order.
· Personalized articles may not be returned or exchanged.
· Individually embroidered items have to be paid in advance.
· We may have to review the shipping cost of some bulky and/or heavy items such as tatami mats, some weapons or Hojo-Undo items. In this case we will inform you after receiving your order.
